There's affinity amongst us Blacks!
I feel it - Am a part of it.
A sealed ancient bond;
Not spoken
However always there.
No explanations to be had
No second guessing
Nor excuses given.
To BE
without paying
Fees.
In Black Africa
I can truly
be me - wholly free.
It's in who I see;
A blessed sight
Not a plight
or a blight!
There's affinity amongst us
BLACKS.

The Lies We Buy
It's a lie, it's a lie!
Why did we buy?
OK
A generalisation
however it's true!
I've seen
I've meet
I've heard
The proof;
The East African Man, Woman and Child;
Kenyan, Swahili and Ugandan
are quietly, softly spoken peoples,
helpful, with good open hearts and souls.
Genuine down to the marrow.
Not spear-chucking,
hut dwelling savages.
Who dance all day long.
Or gun-toting child murderers.
Malnourished; just skin and bone.
Bone through the nose.
Voodoo.
Witchcraft.
Peoples.
Propaganda
Dear Friend
That's why you stay
away.

Cheeky Sod
Oi
I wanna sleep man!
Having a feast in
our netted bed.
ENOUGH
of your droning whine
in our ears!
How many bloody bites
do you need?
Dear Mosquito
with your feminine will
with your feminine will
shall I squash you
Dead?
Oh, but to get you
needle in a haystack...
Smart, cunning, aero-dynamic
blood machine.
Fly away.
Yeah right -
And pigs may fly.
Cheeky sod.

The view form our veranda
Each mealtime this is what I see.
Never the same; ever changing seascape, great at night and during the day.
Turtle Photos
It was more than great to see with my eyes the turtles scramble their way from their sandy nest, walk down the sand dunes, to the seashore and be washed into the Indian ocean.
