A great aspect of living in Lamu; when I'm ill (like I was a couple days ago - nothing too serious) or come in from a late night - that our cook/chef; Anthony prepares our breakfast.
Today I had my usual brekkie that consisted of; a bowl of tropical fruit salad, Swahili porridge, one pancake with plum jam, water, tea, and fresh tropical juice.
Man it was/is so welcome!
