My Thoughts

I've been in Lamu a month, I keep no awareness of time via a watch or other time-piece, I don't know what day it is or the date.  It's such a wonderful feeling of freedom.

I've meet so many warm, friendly, loving people - they have opened their hearts and homes to me.  I have never done so much socialising as I have in this 1 month - it's equivalent to what I do in a year in London...

I've attended numerous Dinner Parties, 1 Cocktail Party, eaten at several of Jeremy's friends magnificent homes (the type you see in up scale/classy glossy mag, can't name wot mags as I don't read such things).  Eaten at restaurants inside heavenly resorts, on deserted beaches, taken there by speed boat.

To relax, like I've been doing is so welcome to my body, mind, soul, spirit, my overall well-being _ I treasure the serenity i am creating here in Lamu and within me.

I no longer rush around, I talk quieter (most of the time or try to), I take 1 or 2 siesta's in the afternoon, never done this before in all my 40 years. so refreshing.
